WTI原油（SpotCrude）自8月底以來就處於上升通道中，本周創下七年新高82，今年累計漲幅近60%。布倫特原油（BrentSpot）情況類似，12月到期的行權價在90美元的看漲期權的交易量猛增。
油價是不是漲的太高太快了？這個要看從哪個角度去解讀了。
目前WTI的價格高於50天均線13%左右，比2000年以來的平均水平高出一倍標準差還多，另外周一的上影線加上周二的十字星以及RSI的超買，都暗示了升勢放緩甚至調整的可能，不過下方的支撐還是非常明顯的。
但在全球能源的供需結構沒有明顯改觀，尤其是寒冬來臨之前，油價似乎有充分的理由去挑戰更高的水平。而且相比天然氣和煤炭，油價今年60%的漲幅還是比較「溫和」的。
真正能抑製油價過快上漲的只有OPEC。 就像俄羅斯表示願意增加天然氣供應導致價格回落那樣，OPEC+如果能在11月4日的會議或之前釋放出額外增產的信號，油價自然會有所回落。另外，美國頁巖油的產能以及原油庫存何時能恢復同樣也是重要的因素。
貨幣市場中，美元指數（USDX）刷新了一年新高。在美聯儲Taper和加息的預期之下，美債的收益率逐步走高，吸引資金流入美元。這對黃金來講無疑是利空，金價近來一直在1750/70附近徘徊。
近來日元的走勢值得大家的關註。當眾多新興經濟體以及挪威、新西蘭等發達國家已經開始加息的時候，日本（以及歐元區）的貨幣政策正常化速度顯然已經大幅滯後。利率政策鮮明的反差使得日元遭到拋售。
美/日攀升至2018年底以來的最高水平13.60。盡管存在超買，但趨勢交易者的加倉可能剛剛開始。交叉貨幣對中，澳/日，鎊/日等同樣都突破了重要的阻力關口。下圖是澳洲（綠）和日本（藍）的利率掉期曲線對比。
歐美主要股市周二全線下跌。能源價格引發的通脹擔憂是一方面因素，更令人恐慌的是滯漲，即經濟停滯和高通貨膨脹同時發生的情況。而IMF下調了2021年全球經濟的增速至5.9%則加劇了這一擔憂。
美國9月CPI將於今晚出爐，高位徘徊的數據不會太令人意外。另外，摩根大通將在周三拉開美股第三季度財報季的序幕，這對目前正處於十字路口的美股來說至關重要。
